Delivery
The Wig Factory orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. A flat fee of R100 will apply for shipping costs on all orders and this will take between 3-7 working days excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. The Wig Factory cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Shipping of orders
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information.
Tracking of orders
We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your account.
Payment methods
We offer a wide range of payment options to our customers for a seamless transaction, so that you get to enjoy your hair without limitations on how to pay for it. From credit options to cash or even layby, we got you.
Pay later options
The following payment options allow you to Buy Now and Pay Later, meaning you get to pay your first installment on your goods and get them immediately while you finish off with the rest of the payments.

Returns & refunds
Wigs must please be unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging.
We arrange couriers to collect your returned order from your address so the process is quick and hassle-free and you do not need to pay any delivery charges!
If you choose to do an Exchange your new order will be delivered as soon as we receive your returned order.
If you choose a Refund then as soon as we have received the returned order we will do a refund into your account via EFT or if you paid via Payfast or Payflex, layup, mobicred, or happy-pay, we will simply do a refund via Payfast or PayJustNow.
